Front-office operations for clinics.

My Doctor's Choice clinics run their front office on FrontOps. One workflow, from survey to pharmacy order: patients, providers and pharmacy each see their own step, and nothing is ordered until a provider approves.

The workflow

One workflow, from survey to pharmacy order.

FrontOps sits in front of the operation and systems your clinic already uses.

  1. 1

    Step 01

    Survey

The patient completes a standard intake survey about goals, history and preferences in their own portal.

  2. 2

    Step 02

    Review

The provider reviews the survey alongside any lab results the clinic has.

  3. 3

    Step 03

    Plan

FrontOps aligns patient goals to options from the clinic's own catalog, with the reason for each. The provider changes, removes or adds to them.

  4. 4

    Step 04

    Approve

The provider discusses the plan with the patient and approves it. Nothing moves forward without that approval.

  5. 5

    Step 05

    Order

The approved plan becomes a pharmacy order. Patient charges and pharmacy payables are kept as separate records.

The modules

Ordering, Telehealth and CRM.

  • Ordering

Provider-led care planning and clinic follow-through: survey, provider review, plan and pharmacy order.

  • Telehealth

Scheduling and remote visits connected to the same patient plan.

  • CRM

Finding, reaching and following up with the people your clinic serves.

Getting started

Your workflow first. Then the software.

  1. 1

    Walk us through it

Show us how work moves today: who takes the call, who reviews, who places the order, and where things stall.

  2. 2

    Agree the workflow

We write it down as one clear sequence and agree who is responsible for each step, including what a provider must approve.

  3. 3

    Set it up

We configure the modules that fit that workflow. Nothing goes live until you've reviewed it.

  4. 4

    Stay involved

We keep an eye on how it runs and adjust it with you.
